Haute Mess Massage, LLC, is a personalized massage therapy practice focused on restoring balance, relieving pain, and supporting whole-body wellness for both active and everyday lifestyles. Rooted in a down-to-earth, authentic approach to care, the practice blends professional therapeutic techniques with a warm, welcoming environment where clients can truly relax, reset, and feel understood.

Inspired by the spirit of resilience and authenticity behind the name “Haute Mess,” the practice embraces the idea that life can be beautifully imperfect. Whether clients are managing physical strain from work, caring for animals, athletic activity, or the stresses of daily life, Haute Mess Massage, LLC offers practical, effective bodywork designed to help people feel better in their bodies.

As a solo massage therapist, I focus on individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. My work draws from a variety of therapeutic massage techniques aimed at reducing muscular tension, improving mobility, supporting recovery, and promoting relaxation.

Through hands-on experience working with a wide range of clients—including individuals with physically demanding lifestyles, chronic tension, and stress-related discomfort—I have developed an intuitive and attentive approach to massage therapy. Each session is tailored to the client’s specific needs, goals, and comfort level.

My background and interests also give me a unique appreciation for bodies that work hard—whether that means long days on your feet, climbing in & out of the tractor, caring for animals, responding to calls, athletic pursuits, or the everyday physical demands of life that not everyone sees.
